生死是人類最切身相關的事,因為「生」指出了生命的無限性,而「死」則指出生 命的有限性。 然而,雖然人類對死亡的思考由來已久,但在傳統中,卻仍趨向談生避死。直到最近,人本主義 的興起,才激發了人們對生命尊嚴的重新探討。 整體而言,當代思想家的死生觀點在於,生死是同源,所以,要建立完整的生命觀,亦須對死亡 有確切的了解,且人須有「直面生死」的積極、具體的態度。如海德格所提出的「只有死亡才 可以把此在之存在的本真性與整體性從生存論上帶到明處」......等。 透過本文的探討,我們發現,運動是人生的縮版,是探討死生的極佳徑路。所以,透過當今死生 的觀點來看運動,將可使我們對運動及人生有更全面的認識;同時,也藉此更引出運動對人生 的深層意涵。
