This paper tackles the interpretation of Kantian Ethics as monologische Gesinnungsethik. Schluchters interpretations of Kantian Ethics exposes one system of different paradigms of ethics, in that we can understand Kantian Ethics as one kind of dialogische Gesinnungsethik. In this paper I go back to Kants texts and develop the theory of two modes of Kantian Ethics in order to tackle the argument between Schluchter and his confronter. Finally I find that Kant's dialogische Gesinnungsethik can lay down the foundation of the construction of open consensus.
