　　　　　解說員是解說的靈魂，其與觀眾之間的互動，遠比其他解說媒體優先且更直接，而解說員所傳遞的資訊對觀眾的影響也較其他解說媒體深遠，因此解說者不只是解說主題與觀眾溝通的媒介，他還擔負說服與溝通的重大任務，在解說注意語言及非語言的溝通之同時，解說者將面臨幾個相關因素；如「機構」的定位、使命與大眾的期許；是否兼具「解說」專業知識與通才能力；對觀眾參觀動機與行為的了解及運用等，都是解說員經常會面臨的考驗及困境。本文透過解說理論的探討及實務經驗的分享，期望能提供給專職解說員或義工解說員於擔任解說服務時的參考。
