     本文從學生應用學習的層面探討建構一個能夠符合網際網路個別化與互動性學習之特性的網路學習環境的新理念:融入後設認知策略與認知工具的網路學習環境(WLEM)。WLEM以「後設認知策略」與「認知工具」為主要理論基礎。WLEM提供各種個別化電腦歷程記錄及同步與非同步的認知工具,作為支援學生學習。在WLEM,學生可以選擇專家引導路徑或個人學習路徑學習。作者曾以目前所任教的技術學院學生為樣本,實際使用作者所建構的網路學習環境,結果發現融入後設認知策略與認知工具的網路學習環境,確實可以提升學生學習的成效。
     This study is to explore the fundamental theory of students' learning in a web-based learning environment with metacognitive strategies and tools (WLEM). Based on metacognitive strategies and cognitive tools theory, WLEM offered various individual student's learning portfolio systems and asynchronous/ synchronous cognitive tools to support student's learning. Students can learn through expert-guided path or any other path they choose. According to author's research, WLEM indeed can promote students' learning capability.
