The purpose of the study is to examine Yang-Ming Wang's educatioal thoughts. The study is literature analysis. The sources of data of the study are three: the Book of the complete works of Yang-Ming Wang, the books on Yang-Ming Wang's thought, and the books on educational thoughts. This thesis is divided into eight chapters: chapter one is the introduction of the study; from chapter two to chapter seven, Yang-Ming Wang's biography and philosophy, edcational aim, human nature, moral training, learning principle, and teaching principle are examined in order; and chapter eight is conclusion. In the conclusion, the researcher also makes comments on Yang-Ming Wang's educational thought, and the implications of Yang-Ming Wang's educational thought for school teachers are examined and discussed.
