超市與量販店一十一是農產品與農玅加工品供應鏈中的重要通路,近年來,提供此通路物流服務的物流公司更進一步扮演著調節零售需求和產地價給的角色,因而成為此供應鏈中日趨重要的通路。這些物流服務提供者的日常作業十分複雜,因此需要企業資源規劃系統(ERP)協助整合所有作業和品項的各項資訊。如何評選出適合的ERP系統提供業者成為物流服務提供者的重要課題。本研究依據多準則決策法的概念建立選模式。首先以ERP業者的和企業之間共同合作和雙贏的概念為基礎,並依據經學的觀點,由供給、需求、監督之三個層面建立評選架構。其次採用可處理估準則之間相互衡突並產生最佳妥協解的VIKOR法進行排序。
Both supermarkets and hypermarkets are key channels in the supply chain of fresh and processed agricultural products. More recently, logistics service providers (LSP) of these two channels play the role of modulating both wholesale demand and supply of place of origin, and consequently become a key channel in this supply chain. The daily operations of LSP are very complicated; therefore, Enterprise Resources Planning System (ERP) can be adopted to integrate and coordinate all information on all operations and items. Hence, how to select a suitable ERP provider becomes an important issue for LSP. This study constructs a selection decision model via Multiple Criteria Decision Making Method (MCDM). First, based on the concept of cooperation and win-win between LSP and ERP providers through the viewpoint of economic a selection framework is constructed using three aspects, supply, demand and supervision. Next, VIKOR, which can treat the conflict between criteria and generate and optima comprise solution is adopted to rank ERP providers.
