The research puts an emphasis on the Satisfaction Degree of 262 players to the coaches' leadership behavior in the College Volleyball Leagus. The questionnaires as a measuring tool based on the coaches' leadership behavior and players' satisfaction degree discuss the differences in leadership behavior between what players think and what they are fond of. The results are as follows: (1) The leadership behavior of what players think are divided into five degrees. Training and guidance behavior ranks first. Next is rewarding behavior. Then, caring, democratic and tyrannous behaviors come after. (2) Based on the same level, the leadership behavior of what players are fond of are also divided into five degrees. First is training and guidance behavior. Second is rewarding behavior. Third is caring behavior. Next is democratic behavior and the last is tyrannous behavior.
