題名:澎湖石滬生態旅遊動機、遊憩體驗與服務品質對遊客滿意度與重遊意願之分析

澎湖具備了豐富自然生態及人文風情資源,擁有生態旅遊的發展條件與能力。石滬是澎湖的傳統捕魚方法,如今已逐漸沒落消失。爲了改善澎湖的漁業與促進觀光發展,政府正努力推動生態旅遊,爲澎湖觀光產業開創生機。本研究以石滬生態旅遊的遊客爲研究對象,探討澎湖石滬生態旅遊動機、生態旅遊遊憩體驗、服務品質與遊客滿意度,以及重遊意願間之關係。本研究對於澎湖七美雙心石滬旅客,與參加2007年石滬文化體驗營的遊客做問卷調查,以了解澎湖石滬的遊客的生態旅遊動機、生態旅遊遊憩體驗與服務品質對滿意度與重遊意願的關係。有效問卷364份。根據本研究結果證實生態旅遊動機、生態遊憩體驗、服務品質對遊客滿意度是有顯著正向相關。生態旅遊動機、遊憩體驗、遊客滿意度對重遊意願均有顯著相關。但是澎湖石滬生態旅遊之服務品質對重遊意願並無顯著相關。此外,從統計路徑分析得知,影響遊客重遊意願與遊客滿意度之關鍵因素爲遊憩體驗。因此如何將石滬文化、生態保育等知識傳達給遊客,加強石滬景觀維護、增加石滬實際體驗活動,將是澎湖舉辦石滬生態旅遊活動應努力的方向。
Penghu has rich natural ecology and precious local cultural resources which is advantageous for development of ecotourism. Tidal trips are one of the traditional fishing methods in Penghu. Yet, those treasure assets are gradually deteriorated. In order to preserve local culture and improve tourist industry development, local government is trying to impetus ecotourism to inaugurate new opportunities for hospitality and tourism industries in Penghu. This study takes Penghu tidal trips ecotourism as the research objective, discusses the relationship among ecotourism motivation, recreational experience, service quality and satisfaction, as well as revisit intention of the ecotourists. This study conducts questionnaires to ecotour visitors in Penghu; the total valid questionnaire is 364 pieces. The statistic methods used in this study include descriptive statistics, independent-samples T test, one-way ANOVA test, regression analysis and path analysis. The results have confirmed that ecotourism motivations, ecotourism experiences, service quality have positive relationship with tourist satisfaction. Besides, ecotourism motivations, ecotourism experiences, service quality have significant positive relationships with revisit intention. Moreover, through path analysis, the authors find that the key factors affect the tourists' degree of satisfaction and revisit intention are ecotourism experiences. Therefore, how to transmit the tidal trips' culture and environmental protection knowledge to ecotourists, strengthens the Tidal trips landscape maintenance, increase ecological activities, will be the diligently direction for Penghu conducts the Tidal trips ecotourism activity.
