摘要 全球化與公民身份一樣已成為後現代的流行名詞。在歷史上，公民身份是與封閉的政治共同體密切連結在一起的；今日，全球化正逐步滲透與挑戰公民身份的實際意義與價值，模糊了它的疆界與重要性，由於它具有國界的穿透力，這是否意味著公民身份將變成一個多餘而可被忽略的概念。本文將以國內的觀點分析全球化與公民身份的互動影響，從說明全球化意涵開始，透過全球化下國家權力的「變與不變」的爭論，討論其在理論層面影響公民身份概念的傳統理解。最後，筆者認為全球化時代下的公民身份概念，並非找尋邊緣或界線，而是重新理解公民身份的意涵及適用範圍。

Abstract Globalization and citizenship becomes equally post-modern popular term. In the history, the citizenship is close ties with the seal political community in the same place. Today the globalization gradually seeps and challenges the citizenship practical significance and the value, but blurred its border and the importance. Because Globalization have the national boundary penetrating power, whether to mean the citizenship turns one unnecessarily, but may neglect concept. This article will analyze the globalized development to the civil status influence, From to globalized meaning, as well as under globalization national power “changes and no changes” in the argument, The discussion affects in the theory stratification plane to the civil status idea traditional understanding.
