The purpose of this study is to explore the differentials of leisure benefit and well-being of senior high school teachers and to analyze the relationship between leisure benefit and well-being of senior high school teachers. Questionnaire method was introduced throughout this project with cluster sampling from senior high school teachers in Tainan area using the “Questionnaire for leisure benefit and well-being of senior high school teachers”, which includes basic personal information, leisure benefit evaluation list and evaluation of well-being. In the study period, there are 225 copies of questionnaire being issued and 209 copies of them being retrieved. The valid copies are of 93 %. The valid questionnaire is based upon the study goal and verification presumption, including t-test of independent samples, ANVON and canonical correlation analysis. The results are as follows: 1. The differentials of senior high school teachers’leisure benefit among ages, marital status, year period of teaching. 2. The differentials of senior high school teachers’ sense of happiness among ages, marital status, year period of teaching. 3. There is a canonical correlation between senior high school teachers’ leisure benefit and well-being. The study is not only providing a objective explanation but also giving the study results and suggestions for bettering the senior high school teachers’ leisure benefit and well-being. It will be referred to a future study.
