本研究旨在探討在體育教學的樂趣情趣中,經由正確的樂趣化教學和正確的引導,學生會發生許多完美的體驗和忘情的表現,而獲得運動存有經驗。研究之進行以分析以一則極具道家專注於活動體驗之文獻:「柔道與身心合一」爲本,藉由解構、分析和重新建構之研究方法,經層層論證並和體育教學情境相推演,得到以下研究結果:一、運動可以做爲吾人修養精進,體驗自我存有、自我實現良好的媒介。二、學生受到環境背景影響,雖不自覺而產生性好執著、主觀見識,然而藉由科技大學體育教學之教化,有助於吾人驚覺自我之情識紛擾。三、正確的體育教學蘊入運動,可以克除運動中諸般情勢束縛之紛擾。四、大學體育教學確可發生一種自覺價值的體驗。五、大學生體育課程體驗不可名狀,情境殊勝,且至少具兩種趨向:(一)、運動成就完美、自覺輕鬆。(二)具價值感:所受經驗豐盈充實、充滿人生價值。
The purpose of this study was to explore the joy of physical education instruction that students may have perfect experience and become carried away to obtain the experience of sport through rightful and joyful teaching and rightful guidance. The analysis was conducted through deconstruction, analysis, and reconstruction on the basis of Daoism's philosophy "Unification of body flexibility and body-mind", which focuses on the experience of activity. Through various demonstrations and inferred from the situation of physical education instruction, the following results were concluded: (1) sport may be a good media for the improvement of personal disposition, experiencing self-existence, and self-fulfillment. (2) With the influence of students' background, they might be persistence for personal preference and subjectivity unconsciously. However, they might realize such self-disturbance through the enlightenment of physical education conducted in technological university. (3) Rightful physical education pedagogy with the implantation of sport may overcome the disturbance of many restrictions in sport. (4) Physical education pedagogy in college and university does provide students the experience of self-consciousness. (5) The experience of physical education in college and university cannot be well described for situations were very different. However, it at least has the following two trends: sport achieves perfection and self-relax; and, the sense of value, experience is quite fulfillment and full of life value.
