     本研究的主要目的有二:(一)提出「創造力發展的生態系統模式」,並透 過訪談科技及資訊領域其有高創造力者,詮釋所提出的理論模式之內涵;(二)探討 影響科技及資訊領域創造力發展的主要生態系統一個人特質、家庭、學校及組織 環境,以作為教育工作者及相關的組織機構在培訓人員時之參考。本研究的訪談 對象為科技及資訊領域30位創意曾獲肯定的人員。研究的進行主要分為下列五個 階段:編製訪談問題、製作訪談內容分析檢核表、進行訪談、分析訪談內容、以 及統計影響創造力發展因素的次數與百分比。本研究所使用的工具為27題的訪談 問題及錄音機;資料的分析則兼採質與量的方法.包括內容分析與次數分配。
     The main purposes of this study were (a) to propose "The ecological systems model ofcreativity development" as well as to interpret its content via the results of interviewinghighly creative people in the fields of technology and information; and (b) to explore themain ecological systems that influence people's creativity development in the fields oftechnology and information, including personal traits, family, school, and organizationenvironment. The participants included 30 creative people in the fields of technology andinformation. The study was completed through the following five stages: developinginterview questions, developing a checklist for content analysis, conducting interviews,analyzing interview results, and analyzing the frequency and percentage for each responsemade by the interviewees. The employed instruments were a checklist with 27 questionsand a tape recorder. Both qualitative and quantitative methods, including content analysisand frequency analysis, were employed.
