The international non-traditional security events are frequently reported, will cause reduced the intention of travelers to visit. It is an important to affects the travel agencies' operation in the future. The objects of this study are college and university students who select to the graduation trip dominated international travel. This study will discuss the interviewees perception to the risk which the non-traditional security events in the foreign tourist destination, and whether they are a significant different perception between those items. The methods of this study include descriptive analysis, ranking analysis, t-test analysis, and one-way analysis of variance analysis.The results showed that the women perception the all items the non-traditional security risk events were higher than men. The male and female for the trip locations occurs as natural disasters, terror attacks, riots, there are significant and different perception. The experienced about international travel interviewees percept the items of non-traditional security risk events were higher than non-experienced. Respondents percept the sources of information about the non-traditional security incidents risk events items, the television group had a significantly different perception with internet group and others group.
