The purposes of this study were to understand current situation of college baseball Student's career development. And the discussed if there was any difference in school Career Management and career planning of baseball students with different background variances in Taiwan. By referring to the documents relating to learning difficulties and coping methods in schools and the chart of self-made "Questionnaires On college baseball Student's career development" as the resources of information, checkups of every assumption were proceeded (the level of significance is set α=0.05) through the post-comparisons on the t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, own-way ANOVA and Scheffe's Method. The research objects were 262 college baseball Student in Taiwan. The results of the research are four factors of the career development significant differences on the satisfaction of adjustment after being tested by comparisons. Factor of planning, Factor of strategy, Factor of information, Factor of Consultation. The factor of students' career development that reached the level of non-significance in the variables of training years, training days of week and student competition level. It was suggested for the researchers in the future to make further tests on this chart for its application and to make an over all examination for the national senior high baseball Students. And comparison should be made between this study and others.
