題名:大學生對網路科技社會態度的性別差異--以某科技大學為例

本研究以某科技大學學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,探討其對網路科技社會態度的思考及想法。研究者蒐集431份問卷進行性別差異分析,其中,男學生199人,女學生232人。研究者自編「網路科技社會態度問卷」,涵蓋「公平機會」、「社會發展」、「網路互動」、「學習自主」及「社經影響」等五個層面,並運用結構方程模式分析問卷資料。潛在平均數結構分析指出,受試大學生對網路科技近用機會、促進社會發展、增進線上互動與家長社經形塑等態度顯示性別差異,但在應用網路科技進行自主學習的看法則未呈現性別差異。最後,研究者針對研究發現進行討論,並提出未來研究之參考。
This study examines gender differences of the attitudes of students from a university of science and technology toward network technology society by a survey. Subgroup differences were investigated for a sample of 431 students: 199 male and 232 female students. We develop a survey questionnaire of The Network Technology Society Attitudes consisting of five factors: equal opportunity, social development, network interaction, learning autonomy, and social-economical influence. We analyzed the survey data through structural equation modeling. The findings of latent mean structure analysis show significant gender differences in their perceptions about equal access to network technology, benefits for social development, online interactions, and impacts of parents’ social-economical status. The results of this study do not reveal any significant differences between males and females on their intentions regarding autonomy learning by network technology. We also discuss certain implications of the findings.
