題名：由臺灣原住民報紙的公共新聞學實踐反思族群媒介功能之延展：以《原聲報》為例

本文透過內容分析法檢視《原聲報》論壇版對「公共新聞學」的實踐情形， 藉此反思族群媒介功能之拓展。研究發現該報的公共新聞學實踐可圈可點(例如: 有不同背景的原住民投書表達對公共事務的看法;公共議題不僅呈現社區民眾對 當地公共事務關心，也表達對全體原住民族事務的關注;有近六成文章的消息來 源是非菁英份子;在本文十個公共新聞學評估項目中，以「提供新聞事件發生過 程與原因的補充」與「事件報導多聚焦於廣泛的理性論辯，而非極端意見的衝突」 表現較為突出) ，惟仍有改進空間。 在公共新聞學的視角下，本文建議族群媒介的功能可以延伸至公共議題之審 議對話，讓全圈人民無分種族與階級，皆能參與原住民公共領域;提供多元資訊 協助族人推動社區議題解決方案;主動扮演讓少數族群積極行使投票權之角色; 強化傾聽一般族人聲音，發揮與族群中市民實際互動之功能。
