The elderly population in Taiwan has become an important issue, and the influence of this population is inevitably crucial to the society toward the near future. Lifestyles, daily life activities, and living habits are essential factors for improving older adults' quality of life, and these factors are positively correlated with leisure physical activity participation. Therefore, the needs for older adults having physical activity service also become an issue. This study was to investigate seniors' demands for services when they participate in leisure physical activities. Purposive sampling method was applied to select senior participants who are 65 years old or above at Taipei Sports Centers. The results of this study revealed that seniors' demands for service when they participate in leisure physical activities (specified in facilities, programs and service quality) significantly influence the levels of experience satisfaction in Sports Centers setting. This study suggests that tournaments or games for the elderly can be held regularly or alternately at Taipei Sports Centers in each district; in addition, to add or replace facilities for meeting seniors' special physical and mental needs are also recommended. Furthermore, internal service quality inspecting team can help the Sports Centers check the service quality criteria, and external governmental authorities can assess the service quality regularly to maintain and enhance the overall service quality of providing leisure physical activities to senior participants.
