伴隨全球經濟及產業結構變遷日益迅捷，台灣諸多製造業廠商由於相關成本因素考量而外移或歇業，致使國內傳統工業區的工廠進駐量日減，閒置用地日增；為解決工業用地閒置問題，加上社會普遍對於環境品質之提升持續關切；對於傳統工業區導入觀光工廠發展型態，已成為閒置工業區環境再生的主流方針。本研究以全台綜合工業區規模昀大的彰濱工業區為例，藉由鹿港區的田野調查與深度訪談，檢討於長期開發率偏低卻存在明顯環境生態衝擊下，如何掌握產業觀光的群聚效應，整合產業資源及環境條件，導入產業觀光、產業群聚、環境教育之策略，以期未來空間再生過程可成為產業及空間轉型的典範。

Accompanied by increasingly rapid global economic and industrial structure change, the relocation of many manufacturing firms in Taiwan or go out of business, resulting in a reduction of domestic factories of the industrial zone, and idle land increasing. To resolve this issue, and society in general for the environment to enhance the quality of continuing concern; For traditional industrial districts to import tourism factory patterns of development, has become the main lines of idle industrial zone environmental regeneration. In this study, we focused on the largest Changhua Coastal Industrial Park in Taiwan Industrial Zone, by the Lugang fieldwork depth interviews, review the long-term development of the low rate but there are obvious environmental and ecological impact, how to master the group of industrial tourism clustering effect. We further explore its industrial resources and environmental conditions, in order to develop industrial tourism, industry clusters, environmental education strategy, with a view to future space regeneration process industry and space transformation model.
