題名:大專生服務學習經驗與成長量表之初探

服務學習乃強調教學者將學習者引領到應用知識的場域,一方面活化教學的功能,一方面提升學習者自我成長、團隊合作及社會參與。有鑑於服務學習的顯著功能,教育部於96年涵頒「大專院校服務學習方案」,至此國內各大專院校開始致力推動及落實服務學習之課程。然而,大專生對於參與服務學習的觀感及成長,目前國內相對應的評量工具仍有待建立。據此,本研究目的乃建構「服務學習經驗量表」及「服務學習成長量表」,並檢驗其信、效度。本研究共收集某私立大學共計109位有效樣本進行資料分析,以項目分析、因素分析、內部一致性、效標關連效度檢驗此量表之信、效度。研究結果顯示,「服務學習經驗量表」可分為正、負向服務學習經驗兩個分量表,而「服務學習成長量表」可依自我成長、智性成長、人際成長、公民責任提升等四向度再細分為八個分量表。上述每個量表皆有不錯的內部一致性及建構效度。簡言之,本研究所建構的「服務學習經驗量表」及「服務學習成長量表」具有良好的信、效度,未來應可做為國內大專生服務學習課程評量之參考。
Service learning does not only provide learners an opportunity to apply professional knowledge to fields, but also enhance learners' personal growth, teamwork and civic engagement. It also provides course instructors an opportunity to actualize the goals posed by this critical pedagogy. According to this significant body of research on the impacts of service learning on college students, the Ministry of Education in 1996 administrated "service learning program" to promote service learning programs in domestic universities. However, the tools to investigate college students' perception and the growth of service learning are still needed to construct. Therefore, the goal of this study was to develop the "Service Learning Experiences Scale" and "Service Learning Growth Scale," and to examine reliability and validity of them. The data was collected from a total of 109 college students and the researchers of this study conducted item analysis, factor analysis, internal consistency, criterion-related validity to examine the scale's reliability and validity. The results showed "Service Learning Experiences Scale" could be divided into positive and negative learning experiences subscales, and "Service Learning Growth Scale" which involving personal growth, intellectual growth, interpersonal growth, responsibility of citizenship could be subdivided into eight subscales. Each of the above scales revealed good internal consistency and construct validity in the study. In short, the "Service Learning Experience Scale" and "Service Learning Growth Scale" had good reliability and validity. Thus, these two scales are recommended as assessment tools for a college course designed to immerse service learning in the future.
