The major purpose of this study was to examine kindergarten beginning teachers' expectations of teachers college curriculum, teacher educators, kindergarten and Bureau of Education. Responses to questionnaire with open questions were obtained form 490 beginning kindergarten teachers. According to the results, the conclusions of the study are : From the beginning teachers point of view, teachers college curriculum and educators need to reinforce practical skill and field experience as well as to improve practicum curriculum in order to enhance the professional development of kindergarten teachers. Also, when teachers college, kindergarten, or Bureau of Education is scheming the induction program, it is very important to seriously consider the following needs of teachers : to increase in-service training opportunities, to improve teachers' salary, and to sympathize teachers' work hardship.
