This paper is aimed to explore the relative questions on undergraduates'' various adaptation in their college life. Literature review and questionnaire survey are the methods employed in this study. The content analysis of this questionnaire consists of health adaptation, emotion adaptation, social adaptation, family adaptation, academic adaptation, extracurricular activities, and career planning. The subjects in this study are from the students in I-Shou University. We try to find the differences in all of these adaptation dimensions with comparison to various variables, such as their sex, department, grade, admission category, and home area. In addition, the predictions of career planning and overall life adaptation are also analyzed by multiple regression respectively, with the hope to profoundly find out the effective predictive factors. Along with the research findings and conclusions, this study offers some concrete suggestions to improve school administrative strategies, classroom instruction, and student counseling and guidance.
