This study constructed a web-based collaborative learning environment for digital media design curriculums. In order to show students' creative display and learning process data, a functional framework of the learning organization system has been organized in this study. As digital media assessment instruments, the environment is used to assist teachers and students in evaluating and exploring the student's learning process and outcomes. This study is currently undertaking system design and development. Besides a summative evaluation of learning function, benefits and effectiveness, we will be exploring the instructional strategies and model focused on digital media design education as well as its influences on students.
