本研究對於大型商店的整體經營表現進行調查研究,並分別從專家學者、大型商店與消費者三方面,來分析大型商店整體經營表現。研究結果發現,專家學者與大型商店業者對於「大型商店競爭激烈,競爭主要來自於同業」的看法相同;而消費者對於連鎖超級市場、3C賣場與連鎖藥妝店這三類大型商店的整體經營表現給予不滿意的評價,而對於其他六類大型商店(大型購物中心、量販店、百貨公司、家居生活廣場、連鎖便利商店與連鎖速食店)的整體經營表現則給予滿意的評價。本研究並提出具體建議給政府與大型商店業者,以作為改善大型商店整體經營表現的參考依據。
This study explored the overall operation performance of the domestic large stores, and analyzed it from the perspectives of the experts/scholars, the large stores and consumers. The research results showed that the experts/scholars and the large stores had the same opinion that the competition of the large stores is very radical, and the main competition is from the same industry. The consumers were dissatisfied with the overall operation performance of three types of the large stores--the chain stores of supermarkets, 3C superstores and the chain stores of drug and cosmetics, and satisfied with the overall operation performance of the other six types of the large stores--shopping malls, warehouse stores, department stores, the living superstores, convenience chain stores and fast food chain stores. In addition, this study proposed the concrete suggestions to the government and the large stores to improve the overall operation performance of the large stores.
