This research was conducted via a focus group and the systematic/reflective case study method with an aim to understand the issue of ethical dilemmas among childcare givers. The research findings are as follows: Childcare givers were unfamiliar with the codes of professional ethics. They also had the difficulty to apply the ethical codes in the field of child care. All the subjects agreed the function of ethical codes and found the ethical dilemmas need multiple thinking for more inclusive considerations. According to these findings, the research suggested the application for reference and some issues for further studies.
