Since domestic violence is an issue involved with complicated family value, it is hard to reach consciousness in society. Additionally, challenges remain a lot, although Domestic Violence Prevention Act has been implemented for a decade. Based on the experience of advocating Safety Protection Network Project (SPNP) in Tainan City for three years, the research aims to explore how SPNP influences professional growth, service delivery and the cooperation among the network. The positive influences are found. (1) The relationship among the network is stable. (2) Professional ability is enhanced due to accessible training. (3) The exchange of service information increases. (4) The coping strategies of the abused are developed. Nevertheless, limitations need more attention. First, the knowledge of DA scale is insufficient among professionals. Second, the administrative provides few supports. Third, the participation of the police and the legal system is passive.
