Space is the theme of Geographic Study. What is "SPACE"? Who Knows ! There are too many difinitions for the term of Space from different points of view. With this article, The author attempts to first define a perceptual space in man-environment relation, and then examine the world cultures through the conceptual level of space in Christianity, Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism. How does it work? Who Knows! This is only an inmature attemption other than the traditional approaches. The author wishes to recieve sincere critique as well as suggestion.
