獨立型自我建構和互依型自我建構是自我建構理論的核心內容,對個體心理感知和行為決策具有重要影響。文章將自我建構理論引入關系型虛擬社區研究,探索獨立型自我建構和互依型自我建構對關系型虛擬社區知識共享行為的影響機制。以微信用戶為研究對象的實證研究表明:兩類自我建構對關系型虛擬社區人際互動及知識共享行為具有積極影響;人際互動在自我建構與知識共享行為間具有部分中介作用;面子意識對互依型自我建構與人際互動間的關系具有正向調節作用;虛擬社區危險感知在獨立型自我建構與人際互動間具有負向調節作用。
Independent construal and interdependent construal are the core contents of self-construal theory,which has a significant impact on both individual psychological perception and behavior decision. This paper attempts to introduce the self-construal theory into the study on virtual communities,and to explore the influence mechanism independent construal and interdependent construal exerting on knowledge sharing behavior. The empirical study conducted on 263 Wechat users indicates that two kind of self-construal exert a positive impact on interpersonal interaction and knowledge sharing behavior in virtual community,that interpersonal interaction is a partial mediator between self-construal and knowledge sharing behavior,and that concern for face has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between interdependent construal and interpersonal interaction while belief in dangerous virtual community has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between independent construal and interpersonal interaction.
