題名:國民中學生涯發展教育推動指標建構之研究

  本研究旨在建構國民中學生涯發展教育推動指標,為達本研究之研究目的,採用內容效度專家問卷、德懷術以及層級分析法,以建構出符應新課綱下生涯發展教育之需要之「國民中學生涯發展教育推動指標」,並整合現有機制形成整體性的生涯發展教育推動架構。
  本研究經文獻探討後建構出初步指標雛型,並透過內容效度專家問卷建構進一步之指標內涵,再經過三次德懷術問卷之實施,透過專家小組填答進行資料數據蒐集。最後經過量化統計數據對其重要性及一致性進行檢驗,同時參考質性意見進行指標之刪除、保留或修正。最終確定建構之指標共包含5個向度,共分為「行政工作推動」、「教師專業提升」、「課程教學規劃」、「生涯試探選擇」、「生涯進路支持」;五個向度下又各包含2至4個指標項目,共計13個指標項目;每個指標項目再向下包含數個指標細目,共計31項指標細目。此外,本研究針對所建構「國民中學生涯發展教育推動指標」進行層級分析法問卷調查,建構國民中學推動生涯發展教育指標權重體系,以提供學校辦理生涯發展教育或教育行政機關進行相關訪視評鑑參考,確保生涯發展教育推動之成效。
  本研究並針對教育行政主管機關政策推動、訪視評鑑提出相關參考建議。並對國民中學提出行政工作推動、教師專業提升、課程教學規劃、生涯試探選擇及生涯進路支持等方面之建議,期使生涯發展教育工作推動持續滾動修正與精進。
  而對後續研究之建議中,則由研究對象、研究方法及研究變項三個部分討論,研究對象部分建議納入更多元領域之研究參與者,包含教育行政主管機關之業辦主管、班級導師、輔導教師、家長代表等,以廣納不同的意見與想法;研究方法部分為了力求完備,可在德懷術前進行焦點團體,以蒐集到更多不同層面的意見作為德懷術問卷編製的依據,也可透過行動研究檢視指標對於生涯發展教育推動的成效為何,或透過量化方式長期追蹤學生學習的實質成效,以檢證指標之運用情形;研究變項部分則可以設定不同條件進行不同面向之研究,以更加豐富相關研究之內容。
  The purpose of this study is to construct the promotion indicators of career development education in junior high schools. In order to achieve the study purpose of this study, this study adopts content validity expert questionnaire, Delphi technique and analytic hierarchy process. It constructs "the promotion indicators of career development education in junior high schools" that meets the needs of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education, and integrate the existing mechanism to form an overall career development education promotion framework.
  In this study, a preliminary indicators prototype was constructed after literature review, and further indicators were constructed through the content validity expert questionnaire. After three more implementations of the Delphi technique questionnaire, data collection was carried out through the answers of the expert group. The importance and consistency are finally tested through the quantitative statistics, and the indicators are deleted, retained or revised with reference to qualitative opinions. The formal indicators consist of 5 dimensions, including "1 promotion of administrative work ", "2 improvement of teacher profession ", "3 plan of curriculum and teaching ", "4 career exploration and choice", and "5 support of career approach ". Each of the three dimensions contains 2-4 indicator items, for a total of 13 indicator items. Each indicator item further includes several indicator details, for a total of 31 indicator details. In addition, this study conducted an AHP questionnaire survey and constructed a junior high school career development education indicator weight system. It can provide reference for schools to promote career development education. or for educational administration to conduct evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of career development education.
  This study also provides suggestions for policy promotion and evaluation by education administrative authorities. And to junior high schools, it gives suggestions on promotion of administrative work, improvement of teacher profession, plan of curriculum and teaching, career exploration and choice, and support of career approach. It is expected that the career development education will be promoted with continuous correction and improvement.
  In the suggestion for follow-up study, it is discussed in three parts: study object, study method and study variable. For the part of the study object, it is suggested to include study participants from more diverse fields, including supervisors of educational administrative authorities, class tutors, counseling teachers, parent representatives, etc., so as to accommodate different opinions and ideas. For the study method part, focus groups can be conducted before the Delphi technique to collect more opinions from different fields as the basis for the compilation of the Delphi technique questionnaire. Action study can also be used to examine the effectiveness of indicators in promoting career development education. Or track the actual effect of students' learning for a long time through quantitative methods to verify the use of indicators. In the study variable part, different conditions can be set to carry out study in different aspects, so as to enrich the content of related study.
