本研究目的在編製評量諮商員「個案概念化」能力發展的量化工具,並探討個案概念化能力的內涵與可資評量差異的能力向度。由專家德懷法及專家對受試就標準化刺激之書面個案記錄的評定量化資料分析,本研究之主要結果如下: 一、專家德懷法所得之諮商員「個案概念化」能力評量之內容,包括八個向度及向度中之細項,內容涵蓋國內外學者與研究報告對於個案概念化內容的描述。「個案概念化能力評量表」可單純使用評量表之內容向度,作為個案概念化之檢核工具。 二、「個案概念化能力評量表」有良好的信度和效度,能有效評量諮商員的個案概念化能力發展與變化。因素分析的結果驗證八個概念內容向度有良好的建構效度,符合專家的分類及現有的文獻觀點。以因素分析的方式將八個內容向度再結構,進一步將概念內容分為「訊息性概念」與「推論性概念」兩大類,能更有效區分個案概念化內容能力為兩大類別向度。在「個案概念化」能力評量結構方面,包括概念化的「正確性」、「精細性」、「多元性」、「聚焦性」與「統整性」等五個評分結構,可對諮商員個案概念化的能力作多樣性的許量。整體而言,評量表的效標關聯效度、評分者間信度、重測信度及內部一致性信度均相當良好,大幅改善過去評量之不穩定及概念建構不完整的現象,能廣泛的適用於個案概念化能力的教學評量與研究。 根據研究結果,本研究對未來研究及諮商教學提出若干建議。
The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument. Counselor Conceptualization Inventory - CCI. CCI was expected to use in evaluating the counselor's ability to conceptualize client and his disturbance. The literature was reviewed to initial the schema of evaluation, and the Delphi Survey was used to refine the domains and dimensions of conceptualization. Graduate and undergraduate students in the departments of counseling was invited to write their records and impressions of client for a standardized intake interview. Tow experts was invited to be the raters, they established the rules for scoring by more and more discussions, after the consistency coefficient was reached .80, the raters scored every subject's records. All quantitative data was analysis by SPSS, the statistical analysis results supported the validity and reliability of CCI. Many suggestions was prompted according to the results and it's discussions.
