The Construction of Counseling Model of Parent-Child Interaction Play for Physical Abused Child
This research aims to construct a rational counseling model of parent-child interaction play via a task analysis of three pairs of physical abused children and abuser.
This study relies on literature review and hands-on experience of the researcher to first design a rational model with a synthesis of five variables for parent-child interaction play of physical abused child, from which it verifies the beginning behavior (marker) and the final behavior (solution) for counseling. In addition, according to the actual case study analysis of three pairs of physical abused children and abuser. The researcher modifies and amends the original rational model to construct a rational model for practical use.
The study finally provides a rational model with fourteen components; it also discovers that the five-variable parent-child interaction play can assist counselors in parent-child interaction description as well as in case conceptualization. Furthermore, it can effectively verify the beginning and final behavior of case analysis. Conflicts, experiences, and new parent-child interaction occur in every stage of the parent-child interaction transforming process, including the intrapersonal improvements, the improvements of parent-child interpersonal relationship, and improvements between family people.
Finally, based on conclusion, the research provides constructive suggestions for relevant regulations, current system, counselors, and future research respectively.
