題名:聽覺障礙學童口語述說能力之探討--語意、語法與迷走語之分析

     本研究主要目的在比較聽障學童與一般聽常學童在口語述說語言技能的差異,並探討不同口語述說計量項目在鑑別聽障學童口語表達能力的效應,主要發現如下: 1.在語意的評量方面,聽障學童在口語述說時所使用的總詞彙數、相異詞彙數、校正後相異詞出現率(CTTR)、成語數皆顯著低於一般學童。然而,相異詞出現率(TTR)的比較分析,則出現迴異的結果,聽障組的相異詞出現率顯著高於聽常組。此項結果與國外的研究發現一致,反映出相異詞出現率計量的本質問題。 2.在語法的評量方面,聽障學童所使用的總共句子、連接詞、平均句長、直接引句、句型1(包含2個子句但未使用連接詞)、句型2(包含2個子句,但使用連接詞連起來的句子)、句型3(包含1個子句十1個嵌入句或是包含3個或3個以上子句,但未使用連接詞連接的句子)、句型4(包含3個或3個以上子句,但使用連接詞連起來的句子)皆顯著低於聽常同儕。然而,聽障學童所使用的簡單句則高於聽常學童。 3.在口語述說錯誤分析方面,聽障學童所使用的錯誤詞彙、總共錯誤句、平均錯誤句、平均詞序顛倒或子句顛倒句、平均前後子句關係混淆不清句、平均代名詞應用錯誤句皆高於聽常學童。但是其平均連接詞應用錯誤句與平均量詞應用錯誤句卻低於聽常學童。 4.在迷走語的分析方面,聽障學童與聽常學童在總迷走語數與多項下同迷走語類型的分析皆未出現組別差異。但是,聽常學童在口語述說時則比聽障同儕出現較多「說了短語或句子之後放棄,然後重新再說新句」的迷走語現象。 5.語言樣本各項語言評量項目的相關分析顯示,不管是聽障學童或是聽常學童,其相異詞出現率與總詞彙及總句數之間皆具有負相關之關係;但校正後相異詞出現率則與總詞彙及總句數具有正相關之關係。另外,一般學童的總迷走語數、總詞彙數與總句數之間皆出現顯著的正相關存在;但聽障學童的總迷走語數與總詞彙數、總句數之間的相關皆未達顯著水準,而且其相關係數還是負值。
     School-aged, hearing-impaired children s language performance in oral productions were analyzed in this study. Language samples containing narratives in the form of story retellings were collected from 24 third-grade and 44 sixth-grade hearing-impaired students and 65 peers of the same grade with normal hearing. General language performance measures showed that total sentences, total words, different words, idioms and conjunction word used in the narratives could distinguish students with hearing impairments from normal peers. In addition, CTTR reached the same effect. Also, it was found that students with hearing impairments had significantly more grammatical errors than normal peers of the same grade. Finally, TTR was found to have negative correlation with total words and total sentences used in the narratives.
