This article deals with the legal problems of the preferential deposit for military, civil, and teaching personnel from the viewpoints of constitutional law. It is divided into five sections. First, it introduces the evolution of the legal system of the preferential deposit for military, civil, and teaching personnel. Secondly, it seeks to analyze whether this preferential deposit optional is in accordance with the legal principle of the reservation of law. Thirdly, it discusses whether the preferential deposit for these personnel is in compliance with equal protection. Fourthly, it focuses on the problem of whether the preferential deposit for military, civil, and teaching personnel is in conformity with the principle of legitimate expectation. Finally, the concluding section makes a thorough review of the research, and offers some personal opinions in order to provide reference material for academic research and judicial adjudications.
