本研究目的主要是驗證員工內隱與外顯知識分享意願是否會因個人因素、組織因素、環境因素、以及人際互動因素的不同而有影響。其次是驗證威脅在自變數與內隱及外顯知識分享意願關係中的干擾效果。本研究以問卷調查的方式針對高科技產業、傳統產業、服務業的員工進行資料的收集,共回收有效問卷424份。研究結果發現,外向性、知識特性、體制模式,以及關係會影響分享內隱知識的意願;分享外顯知識的意願則會受到嚴謹自律、知識特性、體制模式、激勵因子、關係、互利主義、威脅的影響。而威脅會干擾自變數對於知識分享意願之關係。
Drawing from a review of the literature, this study examined the relationship between a number of independent variables viz.-personality, knowledge nature, motivator, management style, mutual benefit, threat, relationship, and dependent variable of knowledge sharing. We also examined the moderating effect of threat on the relationship among independent variables and knowledge sharing. A questionnaire survey comprising 424 samples was used. The results of the study showed that extraversion, the nature of knowledge, organization model, and relationship all had an effect on the willingness of implicit knowledge. Furthermore, conscientiousness, organizational model, mutual benefit, relationship, motivator, threat, knowledge nature all had a significant effect on explicit knowledge. Finally, threat played a moderating effect on the relationship between the independent variable and the willingness of individuals to share knowledge.
