The purpose of this study was to explore the evaluation indicators for effectiveness of corporate e-learning. The research was based on five dimensions proposed by Phillips, including reaction, learning, behavior, result and ROI. Taking account of theoretical and practical perspectives, the evaluation indicators under each dimension and definitions were formed by converging previous research literature and the result from interview. Then, the evaluation indicators for effectiveness of corporate e-learning were structured by Delphi Method. Finally, the priorites in evaluation indicators were developed by AHP.
