Till now, the unabridged Writing of Yin-Zhi ,Wang is "Jing yi Shu Wen". In Volume I had 54 units discussing Zhou I. In Volume II had 52 units discussing I Chuan. We notice that when he argued or debated Yi Jing, he always used I Chuan, contrariwise, that means his method is flexible and elastic, sometime using Guas and Yao to interpret, sometimes using scriptures to testify each other, sometimes using the annotation of Han-Wie's scriptures, even citing from ancient Great canons and opening the new realm of I Hsueh in the Gan-Jia Period This article tries to investigate the achievements from several aspects: Firstly, to make a description of his carrier, thought, and writings, secondly, to give some examples, thirdly, to analysis the Yao, fourthly, to show the meaning of trigram within the trigram, fifthly, to indicate the characteristic with the comparison of Pu-Hsueh in the field of I Ching. Finally, to sum up the results ,and give the presumptive description.
