Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the difference between leadership of senior high school coach. Methods: Questionnaires were applied and 350 subjects of athletes of soccer in united senior high school competitions. Describe analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were performed. Results: The results showed that the coach leadership of training and management was the highest scores and the behavior of democracy was behind. Moreover, autocratic behavior was the lowest. Furthermore, in personal background, the results indicated that there were significant differences among how long they have played, how long to get along with coach and the frequency of training. Conclusion: For soccer coach, it is important to think about the section and individual difference to use the appropriated leadership to guide the athlete. To make the coach be the spiritual leader of the team and mind guidance to feel there is a family is to maintain the harmony and increase the team cohesion.
