在兩漢經學中既存在著齊學與魯學的歧異，又存在著今文經學與古文經學的矛盾和紛爭。現代著名學者範文瀾先生認為：齊學演變成為今文經學，魯學演變成為古文經學。並認為：「今、古文之爭，實際上是齊、魯之爭。」征諸文獻，考諸史實，可知範氏的觀點似是而非，並不符合歷史實際。實際上，今文經學中既有齊學，也有魯學；古文經學中也既有齊學，也有魯學。從另一個角度說，齊學與魯學中都是既有今文經學，也有古文經學。

In the Confucian classics of the Western and the Eastern Han Dynasties，there exist not only the ambiguity of the school of Qi culture and the school of Lu culture,but also contradiction and disputes of the New Text Scholarship and the Old Text Scholarship.Fan wen-lan，one of the famous scholars in contemporary，consider that the school of Qi culture transformed into the New Text Scholarship，as well as the school of Lu transformed into the Old Text Scholarship.And he also pointed that the disputes between the New Text Scholarship and the Old Text Scholarship is actually the disputes between the school of Qi culture and the school of Lu culture.According to the documents historical facts，we can find out that the view of Fan wen-lan is specious and disobey to the historical facts.In fact，the New Text Scholarship consists of not only the school of Qi culture，but also the school of Lu.So does the Old Text Scholarship.In other words，there exists not only the New Text Scholarship but also the Old Text Scholarship both in the school of Qi culture and the school of Lu culture.
