本文旨在探討銀髮族之休閒動機、休閒阻礙、休閒參與、休閒效益與幸福感之關係模式。本文係以立意抽樣之方式，選擇高雄市大各行政區之銀髮族做為研究對象，共計回收401份有效問卷，並利用lisrel8.70進行資料分析，分析方法運用驗證性因素分析與結構方程模式等統計進行分析。研究之結果顯示：(1)休閒動機、休閒阻礙與休閒參與之間存在著顯著影響關係；(2)銀髮族休閒阻礙無顯著影響休閒效益，需透過休閒參與正向且顯著影響休閒效益；(3)銀髮族之休閒參與無顯著影響幸福感，需透過休閒效益正向且顯著影響幸福感。本研究認為，給予銀髮族一個安全無虞，負擔得宜的休閒活動，設計對體力、金錢等較低阻礙之休閒活動，提生整體動機與參與效果，以期獲得顯著之休閒效益並可達到幸福感之提升。
The main purpose of this study is to investigate and verify the model of relationship among leisure motivation, leisure constraints, leisure participation, leisure benefits, and sense of happiness. This study used purposive sampling to enroll the seniors living in various administrative areas in Kaohsiung City as the research subjects, and a total of 401 valid questionnaires were returned. This study used Lisrel 8.70 to analyze data. The analysis methods included confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The research results showed that: (1) there is a significant relationship among leisure motivation, leisure constraints, and leisure participation; (2) leisure constraints of the seniors do not have a significant and direct influence on leisure benefits, and has to have a positive influence on leisure benefits through the intervention of leisure participation; (3) leisure participation does not have a significant influence on sense of happiness, and has to have a significantly positive influence on sense of happiness through the intervention of leisure benefits. Moreover, this study also proposed several management meanings and suggestions on future research directions.
