本研究目的是探討青少年抗壓能力的情形，以及青少年人格、知覺父母教養行為與抗壓能力的關聯。研究對象為就讀國中7 至9 年級青少年，共計395 位。研究工具包括「青少年人格量表」、「教養行為量表」、「抗壓能力量表」。研究結果顯示，一者，本樣本青少年具有中等程度的抗壓能力。二者，青少年男生的抗壓能力高於女生。三者，青少年「外向友善」、「嚴謹性」、「開放性」、「神經質」人格特質與「抗壓能力」有顯著關聯。最後，青少年知覺母親「關愛自主」教養行為與「抗壓能力」有顯著關聯。本研究或許有助於增加對於一般青少年抗壓能力在理論的瞭解和實務的應用。
The aims of the present study were to examine the level of adolescent stress resistance as well as relationships among adolescent personality traits, perceptions of parents’ parenting practices and stress resistance. The subjects of the present study were 395 students in junior high schools. The instruments included “Adolescent Personality Scale”, “Parenting Practice Scale”, and “Stress Resistance Scale”. The results showed, first of all, the present sample of adolescents showed moderate level of stress resistance. Secondly, male adolescents showed higher level of stress resistance than female adolescents. Thirdly, there were significant associations between adolescent personality traits of extraversion- agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience and neuroticism and stress resistance. Finally, there was significant association between adolescent perception of maternal parenting practice of caring and autonomy granted and stress resistance. The present study might improve our understanding for adolescent stress resistance.
