Taiwan's "Sunflower Movement" continued from March 18 to April 10 in 2014. The organization that occupied the Legislative Yuan was against Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement with China and forced their way in the building of the Legislative Yuan(Taiwan Parliament). The Sunflower Movement deliberated a lot of discussions with thousands of people about the content of the trade agreement. It not only symbolized a brand new page of civil participation in Taiwan's history, but also had affected Presidential and Legislative election in 2016. Because of this representative social movement, the study was based on rhetorical theory to find out its intentions, attitudes, and values of the organization that occupied the Legislative Yuan. According to the News releases on The Black Island Nation Youth Front's Facebook fan page and the netizens' messages, it showed two rhetorical visions in the movement. One is it strived for a procedural justice and democratic country in peace and nonviolent. Another is the government was out of control and the protesters set things straight for themselves. Some netizens in rhetorical community completely agreed the first rhetorical vision, some of them were partially agreed. Some netizens were partially agreed the second rhetorical vision, and some netizens agreed the rhetorical vision by metaphor. In addition, a few of the netizens' messages haven't approved two rhetorical visions.
