本文主要目的在探討美的精緻特質之意涵及其在學校領導的實踐之道。此一探討係基於對學校領導現場存在的問題、需要,以及對既有文獻不足的體察。透過文獻探討與詮釋,文中分別從事物呈現的狀態、人際互動的情況和做決定的思考與實踐,界定美的精緻特質。除了析述精緻之美的九項特性之外,研究者並提出體認美的精緻特質融入學校領導的需要性、深入了解美的精緻特質在學校領導可以應用的內涵、鼓勵同仁將精緻之美視為提升工作品質或達成目標的策略、引導同仁藉創造精緻之美展現學校多元成果與特色等10種實踐途徑。
The concept of delicacy of beauty is needed for enhancing quality and effectiveness of school leadership. This article thus is to inquire how to apply delicacy of beauty to school leadership. The author, based on literature, defines delicacy of beauty from three aspects: state of things, human interaction, and decision-making and implementation. The author also analyzes the features of delicacy of beauty, and suggests ten ways for applying delicacy of beauty to school leadership.
