     本研究是一個微觀的探索性研究,旨在探討和比較國小專家與新手教師的班級管理實作與決定,並試圖依據研究發現提出一個班級管理的決定模式。本研究以「受限的參與觀察法」和「立即回溯晤談法」收集相關資料。研究樣本包括在國小班級管理方面被校方推薦為優秀且經本研究者確定為專家教師者3人以及師範校院結業生的新手教師3人。研究結果指出,專家與新手教師在某些班級管理實作方面的不同是由於教學經驗與教學知識的不同所致。專家教師能依教學經驗而視學生的年齡與能力彈性運作班級管理的各種措施,且善於運用教師知識以獲致成功的班級管理。在班級法定方面也發現專家與新手教師的班級管理實作大部份在開學時即已決定,之後透過每日教學後的反省,做必要的修正,很少在教學互動時做出臨時的新的班級管理決定。教學互動時,新手教師比專家教師更易受環境刺激的影響而決定是否干預。專家教師在做班級管理決定時,比新手教師更會統整和應用各種知識。不論專家或新手教師,教師個人的班級管理信念和個人性格明顯影響其班級管理決定與實作。本研究者以研究結果並參酌其他學者的決定模式,提出一個班級管理的決定模式。
