The purpose of the study was to analysis the essential thought of Structuralism, and to explore its intimations for research and practice in education. The intimations can be concluded into two fields as follow: 1.Educational Research: (1) Attach importance to the opposed rations in school. (2) To emphasize the concepts of overdeterminatin. (3) Raearch the structure and procedure in school, classroom. (4) The application of structural analysis. (5) The exploration of educational phenomenon is to emphasize the whole relation in education. (6) Attach importance to epistimological value. 2.Educational Practice (1) Attach importance to thought structure. (2) Operate effectually the symbolic system. (3) The program is to cultivate rationality and freedom. (4) Attach importance to the operation of educational language. (5) To rethink in educational problem. (6) Take enterprising idea in school management.
