大專腦性麻痺學生社會能力訓練課程
學習效果之研究

摘 要
本研究旨在探討大專腦性麻痺學生經由社會能力訓練課程的教學,對增進社會能力的效果。以台灣南部大專腦性麻痺學生二名和普通學生三名,共五名大專學生,作為參與教學課程的對象。本研究採個案研究法,進行課程教學時採用小組方式。
本研究的自變項為社會能力訓練課程的教學,共計十個單元,每次實施120分鐘,每週一至二次,共進行六週。依變項為(一)自我肯定能力(包括自我概念、自信心和自我肯定行為); (二)人際問題解決能力(包括問題解決技巧、人際溝通技巧)。
透過多元的方法收集資料,從多方面呈現課程訓練的學習過程與效果,包括: 基本資料、心理測驗(包括人際行為量表、大學生心理適應量表)、觀察和紀錄課程教學過程、評分表(包括自我肯定非口語行為評分表、自我肯定非口語行為評分表、問題解決技巧評分表、人際溝通技巧評分表)、課程回饋表、深度訪談,課程結束一個月後並進行社會效度訪談。
本研究的主要結果如下:
一、「社會能力訓練課程」在自我肯定能力方面,能增進腦性痲痺學生正向自我概念和自信心,改善害羞情形,主動與人互動,給予他人讚美。
二、「社會能力訓練課程」在人際問題解決能力方面,能增進腦性痲痺學生問題解決能力,辨識和駁斥非理性想法,有效覺察自我情緒,維持良好人際溝通技巧。
三、小組的課程教學方式,使腦性麻痺學生和普通學生之間有更多的互動,有助於學習效果的提升,腦性麻痺學生與普通學生對課程的滿意度均高,且腦性麻痺學生比普通學生有較多的參與感。

A STUDY OF SOCIAL COMPETENCE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH CEREBRAL PALSY

  The purposes of this study were to explore the effect of social competence training program on cerebral palsy college students. Two cerebral palsy and three normal college students were recruited to participate the study. The case study design was employed to fulfill the research purposes and group discussions were used in the study.
The independent variable of the study was social competence training program and the dependent variables were self-assertive abilities and interpersonal problem-solving abilities. Several methods including basic data, psychological tests(including Interpersonal Behavior Survey, IBS, Undergraduate Mental Adjustment Scale ), observations, teaching logs, course feedback tables, rating scales(including self-assertive verbal behavior rating scale, self-assertive nonverbal behavior rating scale, problem-solving skill rating scale, interpersonal communication skill rating scale), and in-depth interviews, were utilized to collect the data. Subjects received interviews regarding social effectiveness one month after completing the training program.
Results of the study indicated that the training program were beneficial to cerebral palsy students on improving their self-assertive abilities. After finishing the program, cerebral palsy students reported that they acquired positive self concept, increased self-confidence, became more active on interpersonal interactions, and were more willing to give compliments to others.
In addition, cerebral palsy students also enhanced their interpersonal problem-solving abilities on increasing problem-solving abilities, identifying and expel irrational thoughts, keeping self-awareness, and maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
Finally, results of the study suggested that the training program were advantageous for cerebral palsy students to interact with normal students and increase their learning effects. Moreover, cerebral palsy students were more satisfied and more involved to the training program in comparison with the normal students. That is, the social competence training program might be advantageous to the college students with cerebral palsy.
