本研究目的為瞭解婦女經歷先生陪伴生產的生活經驗。於台北市某教學 醫院，共取十位有先生全程參與自然生產的婦女為研究對象，於產後第一天由研 究者以問卷一份收集個案的基本資料，與個案進行面對面深入訪談時藉由訪談指 引導引個案描述其經歷，訪談全部過程以錄音機記錄全部內容。資料分析依Giorgi 的現象學研究法進行，歸納出三個主要概念：灱感受先生陪伴生產的效能；牞情 緒受先生陪伴生產的影響；犴感受先生陪伴生產對家庭成員間的影響。研究結果 可提供護理人員深入瞭解先生陪伴生產之初產婦的生活經驗，進而尊重婦女有選 擇先生陪伴生產、家庭共享生產經驗的權利，加強「準爸爸陪產制度」的推廣、 與待產時提供先生陪伴生產的護理指導與措施，使婦女的生產經驗、家庭成員間 的關係更趨於正向。

　　　　　A phenomenological study was conducted to explore the lived experience of mothers accompanied by their husbands in the labor ward. Subjects (n=10) were recruited from one hospital in Taipei. Data were collected using a demographic data questionnaire and a tape recorded open-ended interview. Giorgi's phenomenological method was used to analyze the data. Three themes were identified according to the data analysis, as follows: (1) The effect on the birth process of the husband's presence in the labor ward; (2) The emotional effect of the husband's presence in the labor ward; (3) The effect on family relationships of the husband's presence in the labor ward. The results of this study can help nurses to understand expectant mothers' wishes regarding their choice of whether to have their husbands accompany them in the labor ward, and may be useful in persuading more hospitals to allow husbands to accompany their wives in the labor ward. lf more husbands can accompany their wives in the labor ward, women's delivery experience and family relations will be more positive.
