題名:知識管理模式與新事業績效關聯之研究--以集團企業多角化進入連鎖業之個案為例

     本研究運用知識管理理論,探討集團企業多角化進入連鎖業經營時知識流入及知識流入後之知識轉換和蓄積等議題,並以 Nonaka Takeuchi(1995)所提出之知識創造模式建立研究架構,期能瞭解知識轉換類型與連銷新事業績效之關聯性。本研究先由文獻萃取連鎖業的知識內涵,接著探討連鎖新事業所需之知識,其流入來源及知謧奓性為何,經過後續經營的知識管理程新,其蓄積形式又為何,並以「流入知識的屬性」及後續經營的「知識蓄積形式」兩構面來建構其知識轉換類型為何,最後並探討知識轉換類型與連鎖新事業績效之關聯性為何。本研究以個案訪談,運用半結構式問卷進行研究構念間關係歸納與驗證,得到研究發現如下:(一)知識流入來源的外顯程度由高至低分別為「國外合資公司」、「母集團」、「自行發展」;(二)知識內涵可分為前場知識和後場知識,前場知識其知識外顯程度較低,後場知識外顯程度較高;(三)知識轉換類型可分為:落實、學習、操作、探索等四型,以落實型的新事業經營績效最高,學習型及操作型次之,探索型最低。從知識轉換型與新事業經營績效之關係來看,本研究發現之涵義是:連鎖業應致力於將經營知織內涵朝向外顯化、機械化發展。
     This research studied some topics about inflow knowledge source, knowledge storage and knowledge transformation of corporation diversified into chain industry and explored the relationship among typology of knowledge transformation and performance of new chain venture. The research method included case study and semi-structured. The research findings are: (1). The explicitness of inflow knowledge source in order form high to low is foreign partner company, origin company and developed-by-self; (2). The explicitness of front yard operating knowledge is low and in organic storage, the explicitness of back yard operating knowledge is high and in mechanic storage; (3). The typology of knowledge transformation was classified into 4 types: ascertained, learning, operating, and exploring. And the performance of diversified new venture from high to low in order is ascertained, learning, operating, and exploring. The implication of research finding is that chain enterprise should endeavor to transform knowledge into explicitness and storage in mechanization.
