本研究旨在探討心理動力治療取向之知識屬性為何,學習者如何獲知,以及在獲知實踐的過程中可能遭遇的困難。本研究採用個別訪談法,以六位資深(專業年資十年以上)的心理動力治療取向實務工作者為訪談對象。本研究結果如下:(一)心理動力治療取向的知識屬性是主觀、與實踐者個人共構而成,且能為其他治療師所認許(二)心理動力治療取向獨特、主觀的知識屬性,促使學習重點不單為瞭解理論內容,更重要的是理論實踐方法的體會。(三)心理動力治療取向傾以要求學習者接受治療。接受治療的過程中,學習者除了處理干擾治療的個人因素之外,還能從中體會理論豐富生動的內涵,以及學習實踐理論的方法。(四)心理動力取向治療師的專業實踐即在認識自己。治療師透過對自己認識的體會,引領個案認識與發現自己。認識與發現自己,是心理動力治療取向的治療基礎。(五)學習者個人內在自戀需要與學習理論及實踐上所遭遇的困難有關,是學習過程中最需處理的主題。最後研究者根據上述研究結果提出建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the knowledge attribute of psychodynamics and learning process. Six professional therapists were interviewed. The major findings are: (1) the knowledge of psychodynamics is learned by personal subject experiences and is acceptable by other therapists. (2) The learning process focuses on methodology instead of the contents. (3) The best way to learn is being client by yourself. (4) The way to be aware of yourself is to become a dynamic approach therapist. (5) The major problem of a therapist in this approach is the narcissism needs of learners. Implications for future research have been discussed.
