This paper tries to build a model of the integrative HRIS, in order to help readers understand how every part of human resource management impacts itself, and gives a process for integrating every part of the HRIS system. We investigated almost all the quoted companies in Mainland China and Taiwan. We had 106 questionnaires returned in Mainland China, and 174 questionnaires were back in Taiwan. The primary discovery are as follows: ① HRIS (Chain of Command, Employee's Training System, Human Resource Planning, Recruit, Compensation Management, Performance Access, Communicate) has seven parts, and the newly-added Decision Supporting System is available. ② Neither Mainland China's companies nor Taiwan's companies all recognize this judgment that the higher degree will make better Using Satisfaction on HRIS.
