知識乃企業競爭力的關鍵要素,然企業知識累積必須透過資訊科技,方能更快速分享知識。本研究探討影響知識分享行為之三類因素(即接收者方面、知識管理電子化方面與組織文化方面),以及知識特性(即知識的內隱性與複雜度)對知識分享行為與成效之間關係的影響,以臺灣物流業成員為實證對象,總計回收111份有效問卷。研究結果顯示,接受者學習能力、企業知識社群、支持型文化與創新型文化對知識分享行為有正向的幫助,而線上學習對知識分享行為卻會產生抑制。再者,接收者學習意願與科層型文化對知識分享行為影響不顯著。知識分享行為與知識分享成效有正向關係。此外,知識複雜度對於知識分享行為與分享成效之間關係具有反向的調節效果,而知識內隱性對於知識分享行為與分享成效之間關係不具調節效果。
Knowledge is an essential factor of company competency. In order to share knowledge rapidly, companies need to use information technology to accumulate knowledge. This study examines three effecting factors (i.e. recipient of knowledge, electronically knowledge management and organizational culture) of knowledge sharing behavior, and the effects of knowledge characteristics (i.e. tacit and complexity of knowledge) on the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and outcomes. This study samples members of logistics industry in Taiwan with 111 effective questionnaires. The results indicate that ability of recipient, company knowledge community; supportive culture and innovative culture have positive support for knowledge sharing behavior. However, on-line learning restrains knowledge sharing behavior. Moreover, learning willingness of recipient and bureaucratic culture has no significant effects on knowledge sharing behavior. Furthermore, complexity of knowledge has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and outcomes. Tacit of knowledge has no moderating effects on the relationship between knowledge sharing behavior and outcomes.
