本研究旨在透過學校教育品質量表之建構來探究國民小學學生家長對於學校教育品質因素重要性之知覺情形。本研究採用問卷調查法，共發出問卷800 份，回收有效問卷計731 份，回收可用率91.40%，研究發現如下： 一、學校教育品質各層面之平均數介於4.16 至4.50 間，在五點量表中得分尚佳，顯示各品質因素甚為重要。 二、家長職業、教育程度不同知覺學校教育品質層面重要性之得分上有顯著差異。 三、家長知覺學校教育品質「師資素質」、「環境設施」、「行政管理」、「課程教學」四個層面重要性之相關系數介於 .527 至 .731 之間，顯示有顯著相關存在。
The aim of the research is to develop a scale to explore the parents’ perception of the importance of factors of educational quality. The subjects being investigated in the survey involved 800 parents, and the available rate of this study was 91.40%. With the questionnaires and statistic analysis of 731 elementary school student’s parents, the conclusions are as follows: 1. The average scores of the factors of educational quality falling on 4.16 to 4.50 means the quality factors are all important. 2. The parents with different occupations and education levels perceive the importance of school educational quality factors significantly different. 3. The parents’ perception of 4 dimensions of educational quality, teachers’ quality, environment and facilities, administration management, curriculum and teaching, correlate with each other significantly. The correlation coefficients are between .527 and .731.
